Beschreibung
The Nemo Wing is a training and recreational monofin made for teenagers and adults. Using a large single-blade, athletes will learn a proper position in the water and train core and legs as well. Guide for choosing the right stiffness:
- Stiffness 1/Soft – weight under 65 kg (~145 lbs),
- Stiffness 2/Medium -weight over 65 kg (~145 lbs)
- Stiffness 3/Hard – weight over 90 kg (~200 lbs)
Please, note that the guide is only a recommendation, and choosing the right stiffness is very individual. Since, it depends more on athlete’s physical strength and muscles, rather than on the total weight.
