Being one of the oldest and the most advanced manufacturer of professional monofins WaterWay keeps innovating and offering more and more new products and improvements. Sometimes we receive requests for an old-school Glide or to supply the fin with a 100% hand-made blade. So, here we present the Glide supplied with an old fashion blade. First model was of Glides with such blades was presented in late 90s, early 2000s by WaterWay Fins company.
The only difference with the say freediving or finswimming Glides is the blade. Some professional athletes say that 100% hand-made blades are more responsive and more efficient.
As all Waterway’s Glide monofins this fin is equipped with the latest generation of WaterWay’s cast rubber footpockets that enable optimal grip of the athletes’ feet and the best possible energy transfer. The Glide monofin’s blade is covered with a dense rubber wing, which helps complete the athlete’s motion underwater and enables passing a maximal distance with minimal effort.
